I'm a strategic and collaborative design leader with over 10 years of experience working on marketing and eCommerce teams within complex organizations in both SaaS and education industries. I'm an expert in leading the design of digital experiences that drive user engagement as well as building and optimizing design systems that support website and landing page conversion goals. As a systematic thinker, I love to solve complex problems holistically with an ability to connect the dots and find opportunities to drive change. I'm also an entrepreneur at heart and passionate about building high-performing design teams from the ground up.
My background is in marketing, editorial and brand design but I shifted focus to digital experiences 8 years ago and haven't looked back. In a previous life I ran a letterpress stationery business called Pressbound and taught print design courses at Emerson College. Before that I worked on marketing teams at several children’s book publishers in the Boston area.
In addition to my passion for design, I’m also a life-long learner, always pursuing opportunities to learn and improve my design skills as well as taking online classes and attending workshops for some of my favorite hobbies including, sewing, printmaking, painting, and writing.
